Thank you all for continuing to visit the forums. I am delighted to welcome both long-time members and newcomers to our forums. As most of you are aware, there has been some distressing news from employees and during this time I have been able to move all administration to myself. I have heard there is some confusion from various people, but Morgan has kindly given me access to all the proper accounts. 

And, from an administrative perspective, I've checked some of the existing problems, so there might be some downtime while we work on them. We're going to try to move forward by providing you with a different chat room that's accessible on the web in such a way that even if the site goes down, you'll still be able to chat because the two are unlikely to go down at the same time.

Please send us a message on the Facebook Group, Page, or Chat if you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns! For the time being, that will be our mode of contact until we find out whether we need a trouble ticket system or a support help line. Thank you for your patience and empathy as this procedure continues. Several long-time representatives are said to have demanded this and we have read some of the concerns existing on the forum. 

I have had a management service company review the software being currently used for the right replacement. It seems that the tech in use is a little out of date. We were advised that Xenforo would be a good match, and the notes show that it was already planned to be completed this year. In spite of this we'd really like to hear your thoughts, since you'll be in charge of the management of things in general.
